Reed’s Comforts Returns Policy
At Reed’s Comforts, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This Returns Policy outlines your rights to return items bought from Reed’s Comforts within 28 days.
2. Return Period
You have 28 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

6. Refunds

* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reed’s Comforts Warranty Policy
1. Introduction
At Reed’s Comforts, we are committed to providing high-quality hardware products and excellent customer service. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Reed’s Comforts offers a warranty for hardware products purchased from us.

4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

- Products whose serial numbers or warranty stickers have been removed or defaced.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

8. Limitation of Liability
Reed’s Comforts' liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Reed’s Comforts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, even if Reed’s Comforts has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
